Annemarie honed her craft facilitating creativity at the Dalí Museum's Innovation Lab. From there, she began working with all kinds of minds and missions...
Annemarie has designed and facilitated creative problem solving workshops with small business owners, psychology researchers, artists, and Earth scientists. She's worked on sending swarms of toaster-sized satellites into space, and making coastline communities more resilient here at home.
She's worked with groups from 10 to hundreds of participants, helping to tune the psychological climate in meetings and conferences to meet the objectives at hand. She has designed agendas from scratch to tailor the right set of activities for interdisciplinary groups to meld their minds and make meaningful progress.
Annemarie is certified in multiple facilitation tools and methods including FourSight®, LEGO® Serious Play®, Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, and Appreciative Inquiry, and holds continued training in courses such as the IDEO Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design, CPSI Facilitator and Trainer courses, and American Stage Improv.
