Kevin Pitts is an adjunct at Drexel University, moderator with Harvard Business Publishing, executive coach, motivational speaker and innovation trainer. He has taught classes, conducted seminars and coached executives around the globe. He has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant working with organizations to develop business unit strategies, leadership development and innovation solutions. Kevin has also worked with senior leaders to facilitate the management of budgets, identify and develop leadership talent, improve performance, manage change and transform teams.
Kevin has worked with many of the leading Global 1000 organizations such as: EMC, GE, IBM, Xerox, Citigroup, Kimberly-Clark, P&G, Marks & Spencer, Brother, Inc., Unilever, AT&T, HP, Cisco, Shell, Sprint, Panasonic, DuPont, and Motorola. His breadth of experience with these companies has given him insight in the following industries: tech, consumer products, document management, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, specialty chemicals, and aerospace & defense.
Kevin attended the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he received an MBA with a concentration in Finance/Organizational Behavior, and Colgate University, from which he received a BA in Philosophy. He was a PhD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh in the area of Strategic Management and Organization.
